Contralateral Routing of Signals (CROS)

As, the name suggests this type of hearing aid are used for the persons having Profound Hearing Loss in one ear and normal or near normal hearing in the other ear. These hearing aids picks signal from the deaf ear and transfers the signal to the other ear and requires two hearing aids which are connected to each other with wire or can be connected wirelessly. These are now available in both behind the ear as well as in custom made styles.
